Dental Assistant

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Irving,TX to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $20-25/hour plus benefits.

This position can be 5 days per week or four 10 hour shifts per week. Employees will work 40 hours per week.

Duties:

• Update and maintain client’s dental records
• Chart in Dentrix
• Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
• Take and process X-rays of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Radiology certificate
• Minimum of two years of dental assisting experience required
• Oral surgery experience a plus!
• Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
