About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager with 3+ years of product marketing experience to join our team. Working with high autonomy alongside Growth Marketing, you will serve as the dedicated bridge between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, taking full ownership of the product marketing function at MealSuite. MealSuite has experienced rapid growth in the senior living and healthcare market, creating the need for a dedicated Product Marketing function. As our first Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we bring our products to market and communicate their value to customers.
You’ll become the voice of the market inside MealSuite, shaping how we position our products, influencing product strategy through customer and market insights, and conducting rigorous market research to define competitive differentiation and influence the product roadmap. We're looking for someone who excels at crafting clear value propositions and benefit-driven messaging and can translate complex information into compelling stories that resonate with buyers. Strong bilateral communication skills are essential, as you'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure customer feedback and market insights inform business decisions, product developments are reflected in our messaging and go-to-market strategy, and Sales Enablement is equipped with the information needed to help our sales team win more deals.
Within your first year, you'll establish our product messaging framework, launch key go-to-market initiatives, and build competitive intelligence programs that improve sales effectiveness.

Compensation: $103,300–$110,600 CAD OR $113,200-$120,500 USD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge or Dallas office two days per week.
