About the team and what we’ll build together

Talent is the powerhouse behind how Kobie shapes its future through its people. Our Talent team builds, grows, and engages high-performing teams by attracting top talent, enabling career growth, and fostering an inclusive culture. As an Associate Recruiter, you'll be at the center of that mission.

Your primary focus will be Kobie's Contact Center (KCC), a Stevie award-winning recognized team redefining what a modern Contact Center can be. You'll execute full-cycle recruitment for our fully remote Contact Center positions along with directly shaping the frontline of our customer experience. From first touch through onboarding, you'll deliver a seamless, people-first experience while driving speed and quality at scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In close partnership with KCC leadership and the broader HR team, you'll help build the teams that power loyalty for our clients.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is based in the Tampa Bay, FL area and operates remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

How you will make an impact

  • Deliver top talent by executing full-cycle recruiting for KCC hiring classes from job posting through offer, ensuring each class launches on time with the right headcount and quality.
  • Partner to support hiring outcomes by building trusted relationships with KCC hiring managers and HR, serving as the recruiting point of contact for pipeline health, hiring priorities, and weekly status updates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by managing high applicant volume across KCC and corporate roles, using assessment tools and ATS filters to create a consistent pipeline, maintaining clean and accurate candidate data, and ensuring both recruiting teams are always working a high-intent candidate slate. Provide recruiting coordination support for global hiring processes as needed.
  • Strengthen talent tools and processes by maintaining ATS integrity, identifying workflow gaps in automation and vendor integrations, and recommending practical fixes that improve screening consistency and scalability.
  • Contribute to talent insights by tracking and maintaining accurate recruiting data, including screen-to-offer conversion rates, class fill rates, and no-show trends, giving the Talent team real-time visibility to improve processes and report on KCC hiring health.
  • Champion employer brand by collaborating with Marketing to amplify Kobie’s story and showcase the company’s mission, culture, and values.
  • Support engagement throughout the hiring journey by ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless, people-first process that reflects Kobie’s culture from first touch through offer.

What you need to be successful

Required

  • Located in the Tampa Bay, FL area; this is a remote role with occasional in-office collaboration.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Prior experience executing a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and coordinating reference checks through to start date.
  • Proven track record of filling roles on time by managing applicant volume, running structured screens, and meeting hiring targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely updates on recruiting timelines and deadlines to hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Technically savvy, demonstrated experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate stages, maintain data integrity, and ensure workflow accuracy.
