This role manages day-to-day financial transactions, including collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits, generating financial reports through property management systems, and partnering with the accounting team to reconcile discrepancies. The Assistant Community Manager also helps ensure residents adhere to the terms of their lease agreements while contributing to a positive resident experience and the overall performance of the community. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
