We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner to support our Global Agency & Partnerships (GAP) team. GAP focuses on partnerships with global agency holding companies and independent agencies, including Publicis, IPG, WPP, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas, and beyond. The Partnerships team within GAP drives adoption of Reddit advertising solutions with third-party partners.
This role will act as a trusted advisor and operator, partnering closely with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue impact, improve operational rigor, and further scale our agency and partnerships business.
Please note that this role is expected to be based in the NYC area, with the ability to go into the office regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Agency Development and Partnership leaders, translating business priorities into actionable plans and execution via long-term visioning, annual strategic planning, and always-on investment planning
- Support go-to-market strategy development through data analysis, performance insights, and market intelligence (e.g., agency landscape, competitive trends)
- Own and execute core operating rhythms, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, forecasting support, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, tracking key metrics across pipeline, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and product adoption
- Develop analytical frameworks to inform resource allocation, account segmentation, and coverage models across agency and activation channels
- Collaborate with Finance on quota and target setting
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and improving scalability across systems, tools, and processes
- Support rollout of new initiatives, including sales processes, tools, and product enhancements, ensuring adoption and measurable impact
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment on strategy, measurement, and execution
- Deliver clear, structured insights and recommendations to leadership, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in sales strategy & operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience supporting sales organizations and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Product)
- Experience in digital advertising, media, and agency ecosystems is required
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets and translating insights into action
- Experience with sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce) and building reporting or dashboards
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Bachelor’s degree required
