You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, fabrication, and field operations, leading skilled trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality installations across industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in multifaceted environments, takes ownership, and enjoys building structure while solving complex field challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple industrial construction and equipment installation projects from concept through completion

  • Own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality

  • Develop estimates, proposals, and workload plans; support project award and execution tracking

  • Provide hands-on leadership across mechanical and electrical installations, including:

    • Rigging, setting, and alignment

    • Piping and mechanical systems

    • Electrical connections and system integration

  • Coordinate daily activities of internal crews, subcontractors, and fabrication teams

  • Partner with engineers, fabrication teams, clients, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution
