About this role
Supply acquisition is pivotal to Fulfillment. This is an opportunity to shape how Faire's fulfillment experience drives brand acquisition and long-term growth. You'll own critical initiatives end-to-end — from analytical deep dives into fulfillment performance and brand health, to identifying new growth levers and translating them into concrete recommendations. You'll partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to move from insight to action quickly. This is a high-visibility role where you'll regularly present performance, new findings, and strategic recommendations to Faire’s core leadership and your recommendations will shape how we win and retain the brands that power Fulfillment.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high-impact individual contributor in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment and have the opportunity to gain exposure to partnering with a variety of functions.

Salary Range
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $197,500 to $271,500 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
