Our Revenue Engine team builds the technology that powers a seamless financial experience for patients and ensures the business can grow to reach more people who need care.
You'll work across two high-impact surfaces: patient-facing tools that give clients a clear, transparent view of their finances and the ability to manage their payments with confidence, and internal products that streamline how our revenue operations teams work — making insurance billing and revenue collection faster, smarter, and more scalable. For our highest-acuity patients, financial clarity is a critical aspect of their care experience. And for the business, operational excellence in revenue collection is what makes expanding access possible.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $195,000 and $255,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, leveling, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
