About the Role

The Director of Revenue Operations will own the systems, data, and workflows that power Charlie Health’s Go-To-Market engine. This role is responsible for designing and scaling the tooling, technology, and data infrastructure that enable GTM teams to operate efficiently, make better decisions, and deliver an exceptional experience to referral partners.

This leader will work closely with Sales, Admissions, Growth Strategy, Engineering, Product, Design, and Salesforce Engineering to modernize GTM workflows, improve visibility into performance, and lead our GTM AI initiatives to drive the business forward..

Responsibilities

GTM Tooling & Technology

  • Own the GTM technology strategy across Sales, Outreach, Admissions, and Partnerships
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to streamline workflows and improve GTM performance (e.g., CRM enhancements, AI tools  and automation platforms)
  • Drive tool adoption, enablement, and ROI measurement across GTM teams

Data Infrastructure & Reporting

  • Own the data infrastructure supporting GTM performance reporting
  • Partner with Analytics and Engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and well-modeled GTM data
  • Define and maintain standard GTM metrics, dashboards, and reporting logic

Salesforce & Engineering Partnership

  • Serve as the primary GTM partner to Salesforce Engineering
  • Translate GTM workflow needs into clear technical requirements and prioritization
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Design to ship scalable GTM workflow improvements

RevOps Operating Model

  • Establish intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for RevOps initiatives
  • Balance speed, scalability, and system integrity across GTM systems and workflows

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience, ideally including:
  • Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, GTM Operations, or Business Operations roles
  • Hands-on ownership of CRM systems (Salesforce), GTM tooling, and workflow automation
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Experience building and maintaining GTM reporting and data infrastructure
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth Strategy, and Marketing teams
  • Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex)
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across highly cross-functional teams

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $151,000 - $215,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $182,000 - $258,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
